ive seen all kinds of reviews on the stock 99 vortec 5.3 and it seems like they all say something different. from what you guys know, how much bhp/tq should i have with my current setup?
flowmaster (i assume about +5 to 10 hp)
k&n cold air intake (i assume another +5 to 10 hp)
250ish range....if you really want to know go to the events and gatherings forum....we are having a dyno day on April 5th....come on out

Yeah, 240-250 does sound logical--since it is a 4WD truck. After LT's, ORY, and tune, you should be looking at 280-290.
make sure to let us know if you get it dynoed id like to know how close i am.
you are way off.....4wd will only make you lose about 3% more then 2wd....what did your do stock? At worst he is looking at 230's and that is prob not going to happenQuote:
