Drive shaft yoke

Hey all does anyone know what yoke i need to get to mate it to my t-56? i had heard a turbo 350 automatic would work looking for suggestions

The yoke from my stock drive shaft works with my T-56.... should be the same for you.

Really thats strange i tried like 10 times to get it to fit on the splines and it is visably to big.. what is your T56 out of?

The 5 speed trucks used a TH400/4L80e size larger yoke. The TH350/700r4/4L60e had a smaller diameter pinion yoke. It all depends on what stock driveshaft you have. Weren't the WT trucks 5 speed manuals, hence the larger 80e/400 size yoke?

exactly which my truck is so i need to find a yoke to fit my t-56 hence a turbo 350 i just wanted to make sure it would actually fit my stock driveshaft aswell.

Most drive train shops that work on big rigs will work on passenger vehicles. Thats where I get my driveshaft work done, at Inland Truck Parts Company in Denton.

Measurements are important. Find out from the shop doing the work how they want you to measure the shaft so you get the correct length.

huh no kidding that would be a nice treat... i gota get a turbo 350 yoke and try it out hopefully it will be fine if not i guess its no big deal

You need a turbo 400 yoke . I think that the 350 is too small.Some people got away without shortening the drive shaft most don't . I had to shorten mine.I had a whole stronger one made .:)
