Well guys--even though it was fvckin 100 degrees on Sunday when we were running, I finally got to run the GQ and see what she would do in the 1/8 mile... My best run (after Virgil fine tuned my truck on HPT) was 9.68 with a 2.231 60' time. HORRIBLE. It feels waaaay stronger than that. It just gives me more motivation to get my Stage 2.5 TSP heads and a nice 125 shot... :D
Good times out there fellas! Garrisson, you need to stop drinking so much... hehehe :D Greg's truck is just downright FAST. Even Clifford got to make a few heads turn! But bow down to Dale's truck--even at 200K miles, it STILL runs a 9.2 in the 1/8th! Unreal for a stock block 5.3L that pulls a trailer day in-day out and takes a beating every weekend at the track!
