the scanner that got the knock MAY be broke (kept getting really random numbers for a few settings I knew we shouldn't)
the second set of values is off one of those 'actron' scanners they sell at autozone, all we had access to at the time. The wideband will be going in soon, we know it's running really rich just by the plugs/ltrims. I'm kind of leaning towards, the tune wasn't changed for the larger injectors, but that still doesn't explain the problem at 3800 rpm, unless that's the point it completely fouls them out.
The locked PCM thing is KIND of a pain, but we don't have access to HPT anyway. I know allen will leave it unlocked and email tunes, if both are purchased from him. Which is the only other route I'd go. Only local tuners are big name dyno tune shops that want 600 for the work with NO free retunes. It took nelsons 3 tries, with me sending them info from my wideband/interceptor, but they got it to where I'm very happy. I'm sure if i sent an actual data log, he could have gotten it first time around. Consequence of being cheap/poor lol.
This truck went through a pretty big change, cam/heads/injectors, it has a stall in it, so you can only expect so much on the first tune. Would be nice if the second came a little faster, but i know he's a busy guy. My buddy's camaro took almost 8 months to 'get right' and he had ls1speed do the work/tune. THAT would be completely unacceptable, if i paid a shop to do the work, I'd expect it to be correct the first time.
