I was wondering I have 89 with drop spindles could I use them?

its smaller rotors wont fit with the bearings on

I want to say the shaft the rotor slides onto is smaller. To ad more confusion it was only the 88-91 regular cabs. Extended cabs and SS trucks prior to 92 used the larger size.

Ok so all I have to do is swap my spindles?
Can I still use everything else like calipers and mounting hardware

You'll need 92+ spindles and im sure rotors. Calipers should still work but I may be wrong, it's a rare occurance but it does happen.

Nope, the calipers are different. The early standard cab rotors were thinner and didnt cool as well. Thats why they went to the thicker rotor in the extra-cab and SS 454. If you are changing to 6-lug anyway, go with the 3/4T calipers too-they have a slightly larger diameter piston, and were made for that rotor.
