That was the original plan to put a 5.3 in it while I built the 6.0.
But fuck it might as well just go with the 6.0 and buy parts here and there. I'll measure the input shaft and the clutch tomorrow. Everything is at my dads house. I hate not having enough room.

If all of this is for the 4.8/5.3, then you will need a LQ9(6.0l) pilot bearing. How does the pressure plate fit on the flywheel? does it look uniform or ? what size (diameter) clutch is it? 11 inch or 12 inch. But you havent changed transmissions? still have the nv3500, right? I went on Centerforces' website and really the only diff is pilot bearing and PP/disc diameter from 11-7/8 to 12 inch. no need to measure as long as you havent changed on me again! lol good luck! and stay on it this time and get it done so we can race!!:chevy:Quote:
