I'll check each pump and see if one is getting weak, it was working great for the longest time and I can't see the truck making more than another 70hp with the new setup.

what size fuel lines are you running (feed and supply's)? The bosche 044's are IMO alittle better than the walboro's. They flow alittle more and they are more reliable from my experiences, that and they're cheaper as well.

Stock fuel lines.
If we can't find an issue with one of the pumps, then we'll keep the intank pump and feed an a1000 inline. I know that setup works very well.
I haven't had any real issues with the walbros.

have you thought about running a -10 or -12 line up to the front instead of using the stock lines? IMO when you get to the point of needing that kind of fuel supply the stock lines are pushing the limits hardcore.

Here you go, this is with both pumps installed and the same result with just the intank pump installed and the inline bypassed.

I bet there is a restriction in the fuel system somewhere. Run -8 line to the fuel rails and remove that chance. In the video the fuel mixture stays good even though the pressure falls off. Can you load the dyno and roll up to speed rather than matting it?
