Do you have 4WD? If you do, you MUST change the front too or you will have issues when you engage 4WD. If you want, I have a set of 3.73 gears for front and rear that are stock off a vehicle with 50K on it. No problems I have seen yet and they are original gears. I just took them out because I need 4.11 for towing power.
