4L60E to 4L80E Conversion Tubular crossmembers

I'll be interested to see the differences on a 4wd version.

When I get time I'll try and get started on one in the next couple days.

Yeah I have some concern about the parasitic loss, but I want to replace my 60e before the big kaboom so I can sell it and recoup some loss.

65e should be fine with a cammed 4.8 and 100 shot.

Yea I was thinking the same thing

Gm puts the 65e in the big h2 hummer behind a 6.0 and it seems to do fine. I'm sure a lil 4.8 and 100 shot of juice wouldn't be much more stress on it than the big hummer and 6.0

It's an extended cab with 157,000 miles. I tow a fair bit. I just don't like worrying about it.
