That's not that tight. The problem is the thread glue. Heat them up and chisel them out.
yea must have been the red loctite i used.im going to give it anonther shot when i get the new plate w/bolts.u think u can help me out on them part numbers so i can convert it??
yeah, 22 ft/lbs isn't tight at all. Roctite FTW. LOL
Use blue Loctite not red. Blue won't loosen by itself but can be disassembled.

try drilling the stripped head out, then use the chisel method to get the remainder out.
+2 on drilling with high quality drill bits, starting smaller and going larger. Each upsized pass gets you more ez out depth and also relieves the tension to the newly created hollow side of the bolt. Drinking or cocktail straws make great ice molds to chill inside of drilled small bolts down (several minutes or more) then heat surrounding area while applying pressure to extractor.
