If I wasnt such a poor college student I would totally buy one!
The 69 Camaro is my favorite car ever, so I think I would buy one of those before I bought a new one....but thats just me being me as always.
And I agree, I doubt they will have many bugs when they come out. They have spent TOO much time perfecting it to release it prematurely, and with bugs.
Yep, I'm going to have one in my garage. I've been waiting 10 years to get one and it's time!
I thought long and hard about buying one. However, I just keep picturing it like it was in the last camaro run. Everywhere you looked there was a camaro. Thats why I bought the 68. Not to mention the investment standpoint. why buy an asset that is guaranteed to lose $$$ and be seen on every corner in 2 years.
Thats not an asset its a liability lol
Sadly, I really don't like the new Camaro's. I think the Challenger is a MUCH better looking car and I really prefer the look of the old camaros and trans ams over the new camaro. Like some say it looks too bulky and judging from what slimsilverado said, it is bulky
im with the guys that say they are gonna be everywhere, just like the "new" mustangs, if it was an exclusively v8 ss model or something then maybe, but i have a rcsb that dosent weigh that much more than that sports car, and it just feels good outrunning cars that are supposed to be sports cars in my truck:naughty:
and then they just look at you like:confused:
I disagree. My 68 SS396 Chevelle was a much bigger car than a new Camaro and weighed 3780 with a 1/4 tank of fuel and the iron head and intake 350 HP 396. It was a THM400 with buckets, console, AC, and P/S. It still had 4 wheel drums and steel wheels when I weighed it.
The new V8 Camaro will be AT LEAST 4000 pounds....complete with a bunch of price busting options most people into performance won't want.
Ever weighed a new style GTO or SSR? People don't understand why the SSR's were so slow stock until they weigh one and then factor the huge wheels and poor gear ratio.
