Is the knock at high or low RPM? Have you tried race gas to make sure that what you're hearing is detonation?
Here are some pics of the plugs. Don't really know what to look for. I have been hearing it under full boost at higher RPM's (4000+). May not be detonation but it sounds like clattering is the best way I can describe it. Doesn't happen on 8 psi only when I bump it up to 10.

Put some TR55s in there and close the gap to .030"
run the tr6
I've got the TR6's in now and gapped them to .031. Foggy,
do you now what you injector duty cycle is right now? Are you close to maxing out? Can't think of anything else.
i'm running 60# injectors.
when i was at 5psi i had the 42# injectors and Allen said they were close to max then.
Looks like that may be the issue. I'll have to have Allen check what my IDC was when I had my truck SD tuned in January. Do you think my plugs look bad?
They were not as bad as mine, but they still looked like you were going too lean. here is what mine looked like from going WAY too lean. http://www.ls1truck.com/upload/files/40/badplugs.jpg
You're right, mine weren't quite that bad but I did have the one that seemed to have a little bit of orange color on it the way yours did. AFR never seemed to get above 11.4. I dunno, just can't figure out what's going on.
