not to throw a twist in this topic but since some info is already here let me ask this, so if the vic jr is for bigger cubed motors, me running a cr of over 11:1 barely maybe mid.. if i went with some patriot stage 2 unmilled which would lower my cr ( wouldnt it )?these lq9 heads being a 72 cc would allow for a big and better or higher lift cam right? if thats the case would i loose low end conciderably? all in all just asking the cam i have seems to preform well even though i need track times to see where i sit with the overall set up
theres a few calculators on pt.net to figure out your true scr and dcr. im no expert on the matter. i just know that my numbers came out to what everyone on tech agreed was the limit for pump gas.
info youll need to find these numbers is the chamber size of you heads, gasket thickness and the cam specs and Lobe characteristics. then theres also some other numbers like how far the piston sits out of the chamber at TDC and crap like that. the calculator for ls1's is alot easier than the 4.8/5.3/6.0 cuz the guys on tech have picked it apart and made an excell sheet for us to use.
Dude, that was intended. Stop and think before you post... Look at how I spelled it--now sound it out... I spelled "sweet" that particular way ON PURPOSE. Genius...
still counts
Nope. If you intentionally spell a word wrong, it doesn't count. It only counts if you misspell it or if it is grammatically incorrect in a sentence...
Wtf??? you dont make the rules. The bet was spelling. Thats it. Ebonics count to Douche.
WTF= 13,862. No acronyms Jeff.
