I like both ways, I liked mine in the stock location and I like it now that it's dumped with a tip on it too. I think on lowered trucks I like it at the stock location with a Corsa or similar tip and on lifted trucks I like it dumped.

Well when I get some more time and money it will be going down some more so I think it will stay till then and see how it looks.
I had the big case magnaflow dumped on my old 02.
On my GMC now i have the big magnaflow with 3inch all the way to the stock location and a knock off Corsa tip. Best looking exhaust i've ever had. Lol there's a pic on the previous page.
Do it T-Rav... you'll love it!
Only reason I don't think I'll put a tip on it is because it's a 90* exit.
On another note...did you paint your bumper and grill? And if so did you use plasti dip?
I've always liked the corsa style tip in the stock location. I finally had a chance to do it with this truck so I went for it!
And yes, pasti dip front grill/top bumper, and did the rear bumper as well. Turned out pretty good and its standing up to the carwashes/weather, and the road hazards. Can't complain for $5 a can. They make like 10 different colors now as well, plus a clear coat.
Sick! Looks like I'll be buying a few cans along with some clear.
PlastiDip's "clear" still has a matte finish, but it gives you a good cheap idea on whether you want to permanently paint something or not.
I have heard that you can paint over the plasti dip without losing the ability to peel it off is that correct?
I really would like to have gloss for now to see how it looks but if I can't put a gloss clear over it I think I'll survive
Not much to look at but here she is.

Here ya go. Not only did they put it in sideways but they also hooked it to the wrong set of wheels.

Wow, learn something everyday.
with the way the motor sits in that Monte, does it try to go left all the time
Yeah I like to think of the LS4 as the red headed basterd stepchild of the LS family. There's alot of room for improvement on these cars, besides the obvious like FWD and a trans so weak it makes the 4l60e look good, The intake manifold is the most restrictive of any LS due to DOD components being in the way then there's the odd ball exhaust manifolds. Alot of guys swap on the LS1/6 intakes but I'm gonna try to fit a 3bolt truck intake soon.
What kind of cowl hood is that?
Looks like a good mark.
