Hey--listen here ass hat... I had a PM come and ASK me to be a PM. Have you ever heard of that before? I am not the typical dumbsh!t Architect. And plus, I work for two different high-end ($500K+) residential home builders. They use me over having their own in-house guys design houses for them and/or go buy house plans elsewhere. Maybe you should be build the houses I design...then maybe you'd have a different outlook on guys like us... :D

Historical Renovation is cool stuff to get into... I have done a few projects here with the THC (Texas Historical Commission). Abiding by the strict rules set forth to keep the buildings classified as "Historical Buildings," it is fun and tough to redesign/renovate them.

Freemason there is a company that leases those cranes to jobs sites out of Irving...i see them all the time cruisin down I35w towards Burleson...and yes i bet they do ride smooth just due to there weight...they dont go over small bump they flatten them out...
