i would have to guess mid to low 12's without the gas given that u have the motor tuned good. i have almost the same truck 00 reg cab with a lq9 in it. i don't have as many mods as you and still manged to pull a 12.74@ 105 on a custom tune set up for my old heads and cam 5.3. n/a no boost no juice
