btw, first time I pulled the pan since it was built, glitter and material was very minimal, just normal stuff in the pan. Nice and red color too.
What can i check next? If it's the converter, that's bs, very low miles, very expensive and now possibly worthless!
maybe casey can shine some light on the subject since he's done so many powerglides.
Is your drive shaft hooked back up?
LOL, after the fluid question I was afraid to ask that one.
I guess I should ask if the linkage is hooked up the the gear selector cable. lol

One miraculous thing that happened tonight, I tested pressure, drained the fluid, pulled the pan, and didn't make any mess or one drop on the floor , hahah.

I was thinking your low on drive-shaft fluid. If not try this out, it might help you!

If its pushing fluid the pump gears are not broken .. You test this you install fluid in the trans and allow it to settle.. look at the level on the dipstick and then start the truck... if it does not drop at all then something is very wrong.. Also.. it could be a broken input shaft.. that would allow the fluid drop when its running because the "lugs" on the converter make the pressure.. But the converter itself is doing nothing... sounds like you have done the visual stuff... check the fluid and of course the shifter/linkage to make sure as you move the shifter its moving the linkage.. after that it needs to come back out.. but its a simple fix... and YES the imput shaft will pull out by hand.. nothing special... maybe it stripped the splines
Sounds like most of the questions have been asked and answered. I would like to know the outcome on the input shaft. Give me a call when you get a chance to go over the details.
