Also look on the edge of the belt for wear. If you have the engine idling, look at the pulleys from the driver and passenger fenders. If you look at them, and line them up in sight, you should see a problem. Wobble in pulleys, belt defect, or maybe one of the pulleys is out of line.
IMO if the alt is squeaking during hand spin, I would fix that first.

yeah the belt didnt show any signs of it wearing unevenly or anything and i cant visualy tell anything on the pullies by just looking at them, no wobbles or anything of that nature
