Wasnt necessarilly blaming you guys, since the part was used it could have easily been damaged before it came into your hands and just didnt notice anything wrong with it.

Yeah I know you weren't, but I was hoping the fingers didn't have to be pointed at me :) Anyway, the motor and tranny came into Moze's hands bolted together, so even if it was damaged, we didn't know about it... It is probably just one of those freak things that happened. No biggie--we will just yank the tranny off and slap a new one on there!
When ya wanna tackle it? And are we going to need air tools?
Eh, whenever. We don't necessarily need air tools, but it would be nice to have them! We need to disconnect the drive shaft, unplug all of the wiring to the tranny, take off TC bolts, remove tranny, then take of the flexplate. Then all it is bolting everything back up. I did Garrisson's tranny and TC without the compressor, so I am sure we can do yours with hand tools...
Make sure the torque the flexplate bolts right, they are a two step process, something like 18ftlbs tightened like lug nuts, then 60ish ftlbs final pass.
