I figured i would just buy or find a 8inch or so diameter pipe and have someone cut me off about 2 inches or so , then weld some bars on there and bolt it up to the truck.

if not that jeggs sells them for like $27, which is where i got mine. but you have to extend the "arms" out a little to meet the frame rails of your truck.Quote:

I was thinking about a JEGs one modded!
Sorry about that I guess I know what you went thought. P**Sed  and then they I can upgrade? :duh: What to do and how? So hows it running now? Anymore damage?
Tell us about your new driveshaft!! Pics :pics:
I got the shaft on friday, i called friday morning and ds unlimited had it done in less than two hours. that was really fast,
i'm going to wait and put it in until i can get the rearend yoke checked out, so it's motorcycle time again, doh.
i should have it in tuesday, if there is no damage to the yoke, if so, i'll go buy a HD one then it will be in wednesday,
i'll take pics later,
allen
I have lost a couple of DS's and it is just about the scariest sound you can hear coming from your car/truck. About 8 or 9 years ago I was racing an
M3 beemer with my 1967 Chevy Impala with a 350 that ran 13's. I was going about 95 when BOOM  the u-joints busted. Sounded like someone was taking a jackhammer to my undercarriage!!!!!Get a loop
