Hmm... You've gotta be careful with weirdos out there. Have him send the "certified check" to your work address. Tell him it will take 7 days for your bank to process everything. If and when you get the check, take it immediately to the bank and have them process it. If everything is cool after the bank checks it out, then he was legit---but VERY weird... And make sure you are rolling like 10 deep when his shipper arrives...
I sent a one line reply and asked him what he's putting the converter in. That should induce an interesting reply..

All those sound fishy just for the simple fact NONE of them say anything about a converter they all say item, a typical canned email phony email.
