Look GREAT Moze! Coming along nicely :D
looks weak  just kidding mozey looks good man i bet you guys was sweating your asses off.
It's getting there. The little things are killing me time-wise. I would say it's 95% - 98% finished. I got the oil pan drilled and tapped for the oil return, Billy brought over some 3" pipe and stuff that I needed for the charge side of the intercooler , got the turbo reassembled and mounted, coolant lines hooked up, spark plugs gapped, intercooler mounted...I think there's more but I can't think. Below are some pictures of the oil pan getting drilled and tapped. Used 6 Q-tips with vaseline on them to fish the shavings out of the hole. Amazing how much makes it in there after drilling and tapping. Anyway, pics of the oil pan...

Tomorrow is finishing the intercooler piping, running the oil drain, running line to the wastegate and bov, swapping the MAP sensor, installing plug wires on passengers side and hoping they're safe from heat, and trying to get some protection to the parts around the turbo. Wondering if I shouldn't just buy a turbo blanket.
Turbo blanket would be a very good idea IMO. I will never run without one again.
+1 on the turbo blanket. No accidental burns on the forearms if you have one on there, also. At least no burns the instantly remove the skin.
and this one is the best one out there by far:Coatings and Turbo blanket
Good work fellas! :thumb: Sorry that I was nto able to stay longer and help, but I was kinda worn out from wrestling with Virgil's tranny and converter Friday night and Saturday... Greg's muffler shop does some nice work--noit bad for a guy with a 110V welder!
Good thoughts on the placement of connections if you need to get at the tranny--I know that this is a plus--since I was hard at work using the sawzall on Virgil's y-pipe when removing his tranny...
nice work moze and greg! things seem to be running smooth over there. I bet your chomping at the bits to get her fired up
