that great man you gonna have boost in no time
Well - Greg kicks butt. It took us most of the day between trips to the exhaust shop, chugging water, and assembling for fit, disassembling, assembling for fit on something else, disassembling...you get the picture. Anyway, turbo manifold is installed, 3.5" downpipe is wrapped and installed, crossover pipe is installed along with a welded extension for the wastegate, 3.5" to 4" coupling off the downpipe to a length of 4" exhaust pipe (muffler to be welded on later), wastegate empties into the 4" exhaust pipe via 2" exhaust pipe with a flex joint in the middle.
What's left: Mount intercooler, run piping from turbo to passengers side of intercooler, run vacuum hose from wastegate to (?) vacuum line running to brake booster, install PLX all-in-one gauge, Nordskog Boost and Fuel Pressure gauge. Don't have the 33- gauge pod yet though, so... :(
I'm probably missing a couple of things but here's the pics:

Greg - THANKS AGAIN!!!
It was definitely an interesting day at Moze's muffler shop. I've never done a turbo before, Moze either, so this was a day of creativity. Hopefully everything is up to snuff and will work perfectly. We made every connection so that it can be easily removed to service the engine or transmission should that issue arise. The wastegate location was kind of off the hip, I hope it functions properly since it fits so nice where it is.
everything looks like its coming along nicely man you guys did some great work...
The truck is pretty low and with the large sump transmission pan we really didn't have a safe place to mount the wastegate where it wouldnt be in danger of getting torn off going over a high point. I figured we'd better be safe than sorry so its tucked up nice above the frame rails.
Is there gonna be any issues with that rubber connector sleeve sitting so close/on the front sway bar?
He's not finished with the cold pipes, they're just in mock-up. The intercooler was just held it place with zip ties at the time the photos were taken.
I Need One More Day!!! :paniced:
