OK, Ignoring the crappy grille and the big silver trans cooler...
...did I ruin my valence or do you guys think it looks ok? It hit me part way through cutting that I probably should have left a couple of vertical strips. But it was too late by then. I know it sounds redneck, but I was thinking of doing some 1/4" mesh painted black behind the valence. Kind of shape it to the valence...?
Anyway, let me know what you think (oh, and it's on jacks about a foot up in the air)...

the mesh will help out and make it somewhat sneaky. I have two like 4-5 inch pieces cut out on mine and its barely noticeable
looking good man can't wait to see more progress pictures...
See how you like it when it's on the ground before you decide anything.
Yeah - I guess my concern too is something hitting it.
I got the trans cooler painted...looks a whole lot better.
I should paint the intercooler red - it would look like a tongue.
you might want too consider leaving it that way for air flow, uninterupted.iats play a real important part of the performance.if it bothers ya paint it black also.jmo.good luck.ive got 2 exchangers in my grille that stood out like a sore thumb with efans on them i painted them black and u cant even see them theyre.
ok man break time is over get back out there and get busy fabing and installing...
Greg is on his way. Gotta get the welding done. Get the oil return drilled and tapped. Get the cold side done.
