I don't have the heart to tell him that is going to create a massive exhaust focus point under his hood like that. Talk about a rumbling exhuast, that would put my dual glasspacks straight off the headers to shame. :lol:

Drilled and tapped the blockoff plate above the oil filter:

Im glad that your doing that and not me....I would be divorced and bald by now!!!!!! Looks great Moze...BTW make sure you dont nick that impeller while its exposed.....they dont handle vibration well...LOL

Greg - hopefully you're still coming down tomorrow? This is what we'll be working with:
Bear with me. If I have this laid out right, the flange on the bottom needs to be cut off and welded to the crossover. The wastegate will clamp to it as it's laid out. Then the other flange on the left needs to be cut off and welded to the flex piece. The other end of the flex piece will have to be welded to the downpipe. Sound doable? And do I have this laid out correctly?

This is the 4'' flange that will have to be cut off and welded to the downpipe I got from Mic. This flange matches the flange on the turbo:
