No need to swap anything internally, it all just bolts up. No modifications required.
One thing we did: the rod that goes from the handle to the door mechanism, flip it over to the right side of the handle lever.
So, instead of inserting it into the outside of the lever, insert the rod into the inside out.
Reason: the lever on the rear handle is a little longer and I wanted to get the rod closer to it's original position.
Doing it this way, will offset it just a tad, not much, and bring it closer to the handle.
Oh ya, pop that small white bushing the rod rides on, and push it on the lever from the inside.
