Physically the engine should bolt right in and use all accessories. The only concerns I see are the crank sensor, cam sensor, and knock sensor locations (you may have to extend the harnesses, check Speartech) and verify that the crankshaft reluctor wheel is the same tooth count as your 5.3L (so it will work with your existing PCM). Sorry to not have more concrete answers, I'm not that familiar with the specifics of the latest 5.3L mills.
