6.0 is easy, 80E you need a NP 60e to 80e wiring harness adapter. change your slip yoke to an 80e yoke.
your headers will work on the 6.0
would benifts would i get goin to a 6.0
more HP/TQ your 4wd so its gonna cost you more to swap over to an 80e i think. dont quote me on this b ive never done an 80e into a 4wd.
youll need a 6.0/4wd 80e if you can get the harness then thats all youll need. the tune can be changed for the 80e. i think youd need the slip yoke, then a yoke for the 80e 4wd shaft that allows you to keep your stock front shaft. id have the d shafts high speed balanced an make sure they can handle a good amount of TQ.
i think theres a guy on here or maybe pt.net with a SCSB 4wd with a head/cam 6.0 an running 33" tires or so an stomping a mud hole in a few fast cars. its orange i think.
