8.1 rail and injectors

I'm putting a LS6 in a 1997 GMC.


I'm wanting to know if I can use a 8.1 fuel rail and injectors?

Does the fuel rail have a return?

Is the regulator in the rail?

Nope, center to center spacing on the cylinder bores is greater on a big block. Injectors should be able to be used.

So I could use the 8.1 injectors and a 4.8, 5.3, 6.0 rail?

You need an LS1 or LS6 rail for an LS6 intake. Performance Products sells billet aluminum rails for under $100. Check out Ebay.
