408 90mm TB & intake swap questions

OK - This is regarding the intake swap on my 2004 truck, from 78mm DBW TB & truck intake to a 2006 GTO 90mm DBW TB & intake. I have read the swap topics, but have some questions:
1. I have seen two different links for TB harness adapters (one that is $50 from Katech, one that is $210 from Torque Rush Performance) Which one will work for me?
2. Katech has the injector swap kit to run LS1 style injectors (orings and spacers). I have 60lb injectors now that required spacers on my truck intake. Will the Katech kit work with the 60lb injectors?

Anything else I need? I think DBTBSS will help me make an adapter intake tube so we can reuse the water pump and not have to make or relocate the idler bracket. I can bend the coolant crossover tube if needed.

Call Ketech's tech support line on the electronic adapter issue. The spacers you already have will probably work, just need the correct orings. They're available from sdparts, Katech or Ebay. The spacers are about 5/8" tall, probably the same as going from truck to fbody injecters.

They are already closed...damn east coast.

So, if it was 5/8" to go from truck to fbody 60lb injectors, then it would be another 5/8" to make up the difference on the LS2 intake? So 1 1/4" total?

Will I need a tune to make it operate? I know I will need a retune for optimum performance, but will it run after the swap?

we can make spacers. That's what the lathe is for. Didn't spend 6G's just to look at it. bring me a picture of what you want, we can make it.

can use the bolts and spacers from the truck intake most likely. did you get the LS2 fuel rails?

I got the TB, intake, fuel rails, injectors and some of the hoses.

I just want to make sure I know everything we need before we start this.

Buy you some LS2 fuel rail covers. They come pre-painted in many colors, look on Ebay.

If you're using the ls2 intake, no need for new orings, the 60's go right in, we've installed them before and no vac leaks.
Now if you used the l76 intake, which i know you didn't, that needs fatter orings.

the torque harness works great, let me know if you need one, i have an extra one here, same cost as torque's site.
