Hey guys ran some base line numbers on my 189,000 mile 305. It is really slow you are gonna laugh. I ran 4 runs and the best was 19.9999 @ 66.88 MPH. Hay Hauler did well, I'm sure he will tell you all about it. I can wait to get started on my LS1 swap now that I have all the money together.

:eek: You should drop 6 secs with the swap easy Jeff! My best last night was 14.14 at 93 mph 2.0 60'. weighed in at 4700 lbs. I can feel the clutch locking in third and the rpms start to fall. I think if I would change my tire height in LS1 edit the computer would not lock the converter up. When I go through the traps the speedo reads 100mph, but I am really at 93-95. Changing the tire hieght or turning of TCC lockup should get me another .1 or so. To bad the air is only going to get worse until Fall.
not to mention you shouyld swap those 2.73 gears, that is killing you in the first 60' probablyQuote:

I weighed in at 4370 last night at the track. I want to get 3.73 with some kind of locking diff. Should put me in the low 14s high 13s after the swap and mods in good weather. :thumb:
