Eaton LSD wanted

Looking for a Eaton LSD for my truck.....especially before the 6 liter goes in....and I want the engine in, in about a month and a half.....All I have left to do is put my 373s in and the LSD....Anyone know where to find these for a reallllly good price...Looking to pay around 400-..450$ preferably...Do you guys know the model numbers or which one would be right for me? I only found some at summit and they wanted 500$ :cry: ...and ebay only had ones for like 73 chevys and older

I know where you can get the detroit true trac with bearings races and the shim kit for around 450 shipped

With a ring and pinion and LSD you need to buy 2 quarts of lube, rear cover gasket or silicone sealer, new axle end seals, pinion seal and the install set that should have 2 carrier bearings and races, 2 pinion bearings and races, spacers to set the backlash on the pinion and carrier bearings, a new nut, new bolts for the ring and pinion and a new crush sleeve. It should come with contact paste to check the gear tooth contact pattern.

randys ring and pinion quoted me 402.64 for a detroit tru-trac. they also quoted me 107.49 for the yukon master install kit which should include everything mentioned above and more

How do I get the install kit? website? Im just gonna go with the eaton..I got it for a really really cheap price

call up randys ring and pinion and tell them what you want. search around for better prices first though and they should match. i only checked with them cuz their record is spotless as far as i know.
