Hey guys I have a 99 4.8 rgsb and want to freshen her up. I don't want it to kill my mileage and keep it reliable. My thoughts: what would cam would up her a couple points faster but not to aggressive, basically what do i need to add to get this truck freshened up and into the 300-350hp range? I have a flowmaster cat back and k&n filter and thats it. Whatcha think?
