    Building 2" headers from 1 3/4"

Well do to some changes I really needed bigger than 1 3/4" headers, actually needed bigger when the swap was done a few years ago. So I ordered some nice bends and started building away. So far I got about 6 hrs in the driver side. Pass side should take a full day. These are purpose built so I opted for mild steel instead of stainless. Enjoy..

Not too shabby. Have fun porting the flanges!

I vote for 3.5" collectors with cutouts...

Collectors are 3.5". Cause I have a total of 100.00 in bends for the mildsteel. And I dont care if they are "stainless".

Tig machine must be broke... or it's "his stuff" and he doesn't care lol. That's the crappiest work you will see from Jon, his own stuff... Not that it's crappy, it's just not this...

Looks great! I hope it flows good and doesn't kill too much bottom end power

Those are going to "breathe" incredibly. They'll work great with the real engine when you get around to sticking it back in place.
