New to forum. I own a 2002 Suburban 1500. I am trying to install the new dual electric fan with the nelson performance harness. Fan is in( factory setup), I had a shop take out old fan and install harness. The mechanic says the fan does not turn on. The second fan works when a/c is on but not the first. What could be the problem.????

You don't have the fans enabled in the PCM is what it sounds like to me. The trucks that were fit with water pump driven fans don't have the option turned on to control the electric fans through the PCM.
