    noooooo BIE

    Hi guys,

I'm new to this site but familliar with forums. I have a 2000 Chevy ext cab pre runner project I started a few months back. I've had the truck since 2000. it has a stock 5.3L and I plan to do the LS6 cam swap and add the STS turbo with about 7-8 lbs of boost. 4L80E with a 35 spline full floater rear. I have 20" of strapped wheel trave in the front and 21" of travel in the rear with National Leaf springs... etc.. etc...etc...
I really want some straight info on the LS6 cam like exactly which cam I need and what goes along with it...

    So HI and Thank you!

    -John

Welcome, sounds like a cool project. If you're jumping that thing like a pre-runner should be, looking into a front mount turbo might be a good idea.

Welcome to the site...and nice truck.

If you want the LS6 cam (good choice by the way) look for a 2002 or newer Z06 cam.

Welcome. I'd only use that cam if you put the turbo on it.
