    new guy from Houston/ wyoming

    Im Luke and im from Houston and am currently going to Wyotech in Laramie, Wyoming. I have a 03 Silverado SS and currently building a 408 stroker for it in my high performance engine class.

    Welcome to the site and I guess there is no better place to build an engine than a high performance engine class. Good luck with the build, there is lots of information to be had here.

    Welcome to the site luke, I think I might know you or some of your friends. I was talking to them in round rock one weekend, they are from Wyotec, I forget there names but it was one guy an girl, they were selling a fast intake with 90 MM tb. an they talked about someone from Houston with a black SS..

    Im using the eagle 4in stroker crank, eagle h- beam rods, dimond custom 28cc dished mexican hat pistons (good to 25psi daily) ls6 heads ported and plished and a 580 lift 230 duration comp cam not turbo yet but plan on a turbonetics t88.

    yeah i know them they graduated and moved to Austin and every week he asks me if i want that intake.

    (also i thought about going to sam but its to focused i think, i wanted a more well rounded school(welding, chassis design, engines, tranys), my friend goes there and loves it and i would love to go there if i could work part time when i move back.)
