Thread: need a stock wiring harness(not 650 dollars worth)

    Ok, I need a stock 5.3 wiring harness nothing special just a stock harness. Anyone know how much they cost and where to find them?

    It's a 99 truck with 2001 LQ4. I need the harness for the swap cuz I'm keeping the 60e tranny and having it fully built.

    i think i some spare wire and connectors laying around ill do it for 100... for extra 50 ill put duct tape on it LOL

    I think it&#39;s nothing more than repinning the transmission section of the harness. If you know a transmission man, borrow his ATSG service manuals and make copies of the pin outs of the 4L60e and the 4L80e and change whatever is different. You and Red should be able to figure it out without any issues. I&#39;m thinking they both have the same connector, the pins are just in different holes. If you can&#39;t do it, take the harness off and send it to John and maybe he can repin it for you for a nominal fee.
