Dropped the mock block in place and everything fit perfect! I have one minor mod to make on the A/C bracket and the new motor's going in. I put the modded upper and lower control arms in and just need to install the Bell Tech springs and shocks. Gotta long way to go still.

BTW, this is the block that was in the Porsche 911. It had a gear off a hose clamp go through it. Thank god Clem got the new LS6 block out of NY for $600.00

How in the world did that pesky little worm gear get into the engine in the first place?

I think he took the fuel rails off and didn't see it on the plenum. I know he was sick!

Nitrous...Your black frame, suspension, etc., look great. What did you paint it all with? I used POR15 after I degreased/dewaxed five times with a toothbrush. Then brushed on two coats of the black POR15. My compliments on a super clean install. Gar

Thanks!! It's Armorseal 2 part epoxy by Sherwin Williams. Good paint! I would recommend the POR15 anytime, I just used what I had. POR15 is badass paint!! It's tough and you can spray over rust.

I pressure washed the frame and then wire wheeled it before painting. I was considering applying a coat of POR15 over the top of the epoxy. You can purchase it on Ebay fairly reasonable.

    You got any pics?
