Decided to make my own mounts and have seen several designs on this board and a few others. I combined features from all of them and came up with these. I wanted the flexability of multiple postions to allow as much set-back as possible and for potential header clearance issues. The mounts allow four different postions or they can be flipped from side to side and have four more postions. The milled areas allows clearance for ribbed smallblock motor mounts such as the energy suspension poly mounts. Made of 5/16 6061 . What do you think.

Very much universal appearing. Let us know how they work out. Also, what vehicle are you using these in? What headers will you use?

Going to use them on a 1972 GMC truck to install a 6.0 and 4L80E. Havent decided on headers yet.

That will be one cool setup after you finish! I'm sure you can find a set of headers that will work.
