    another 4l60e trans question

I have done a search and seen that many say the internal harness is different.
I have a 4l60e tranny out of a 96 caprice that had an lt1 behind it. Can i use this trans controlled with an ls tuned pcm.
I did see that farmtruc used the 96 4l60e out of that silverado 4.3 to 5.3 swap.
Just curious as to see if any one else has done this with no major rewiring or getting into the trans.
    Thanks

I don't see why not. You will need a crank spacer and flat flex plate or a custom converter to adapt to the LS1 flex plate, unless you have a 1999-2000 LQ4 6.0L engine that already has the long crank extension and flat flex plate.
