    1992 5.3 swap what cold intake to use

    i have just swapped a 2000 5.3 into a 1992 chevy what cold air intake are yall using?

    I think most people, including myself just made a custom one.

    yep, full custom. I put a 90 degree silicone elbow and then 3.5" tube down below the bumper, 90 degree elbow, short piece of 3.5" tubing and K&N filter.

    90* into 4" into MAF into a 90* 4" tubing into a 4" straight with a 4" Cone filter

    I ordered & installed a new 90 degree intake elbow from a LT1. It comes with an IAT already installed in it, from GM. Just plug it in. Looks factory. If I remember, I got it from GM Parts Direct: Your direct source for Genuine GM Parts
