needed to know if .576 lift would cause my valves to hit the piston or if they had enough clearence for that??
You have way more clearance than that. Get as close to .600 lift as you can get.You'll definitely need the springs, too.

hell you have enough clearance to run around a .650 lift lol...i love these LS based motors

It's not the lift that determines clearance....when the valves are open the piston is down in the cylinder. It's the duration and ramp rate that generally determine clearance.
