    My current Motor has 160,000 miles and knoxs when you change the oil.

    Do you guys know where i can get 5.3 short block with out a cam?
    Truck 2002 Chevy with
    old setup KB turbo kit MP70 LS1
    New setup stock for now

    If you are going to spend the money on a new motor put in a 6.0
    90 GMC RCSB Forged 370 and Built 4L80E from the VHO going in slowly but surely

    89 fox body notch... No motor or tranny mod but a narrowed 9" w/ 35 spline axles and a spool!!

    2011 Tundra CM 4x4...

    6.0 would be nice I just don&#39;t want the screw with the entire wire problem that it comes with the swap

    Wire problem? What wire problem? Going from one Gen3 engine to another is plug and play.

    you said it&#33; only additional thing recommended is PCM update for engine size, cylindrical volume, airflow tables... site sponsor can take care of that for ya if need be.

    Your Tell me that i can go to junk yard and get a 6.0. Does that mean that i can reuse my all my brackets and stuff?

    yup, i agree with the tune as well. depending on where u r and ur needs u might find a tuner close to u where u can go and get a street tune or dyno tune. otherwise there are a few guys who get really close on mail order tunes, but the best overall tune is done in person. V8 to V8 is plug and play, GM makes it easy for that swap.
