Well my battery finally was roasted today, came out from class and the truck wouldnt start. Damn battery couldnt even survive the 15 minute safety cutoff from the dome light being on!

I went after class and got an Optima redtop battery. I was only $109 and is supposed to last alot longer. Anyone have any experience with these batteries? Do they really last alot longer?

I've got one but I'll tell you one thing, it won't power the dome light for 2 weeks.
