be careful you don't remove a pin that may power something else, also. A lot of times one wire will power numerous sensors. You can probably find a PCM connection diagram on LS1Tech.com for a 2000 and earlier vehicle with EGR. I have diagrams for a 2002 LS1 but they don't have EGR.

Ah, good point. I need to compare the '01 and '02 truck harnesses to see what the deal is, hope they're not that far different.
