use the grommet and iat from a 2002 or so fbody.
i still use the old 2bar map sensor, it's PN 12569241
It's the old square style, just run a vac hose to it and you'll have to cut and splice the factory wiring into the new wiring. also, not sure about the connector , you might want to ask for that also.

good choice, the map tune will turn out much better!

ya, that's probably it, as long as they aren't referring to the map sensor, which they probably aren't, they would use the word pressure, or ...

really depends on the vehicle and how much power it's currently making.

if you check out my np site, you'll see a twin turbo gto, stock internals, mail order, then email tuned, 2bar, put down over 600hp to the wheels, so either live or email tuning can result in the same hp numbers.
when comparing the hp increase: a live sd tune vs a mail order tune, it will be significant, because we just don't do sd mail order tunes, it's almost impossible. however, we have sent out some start up tunes for customers that were pretty damn close, but I don't recommend it.

if you're asking about a lightly modded truck that has a mail order tune, then comes in for a live tune, the result would be more hp, not really because of the sd tune, but because we're able to get our hands on the truck and perform a good live tune with the wideband and actually see what the truck is doing and wants.

our live tune is better than our mail order tune. depending on the mods, not by much, but there is an improvement. all this depends on the modifications also.
