    new battery?

    Hey fellas
    My old battery is finally kickin the bucket. Its the stock battery in my 04 ado. I have a high wattage system and lookin for suggestions on a new battery. I was leaning towards the optima yellow top. Or something along them lines. Lil help. Please!!

    I got the superstart yellow top it works fine

    all my vehicles run red tops. never had any problems. oldest one is 4yrs in my daily. hope this helps. gary

    Red top for a normal battery, yellow for a stereo. In my 69 I have a 3500 watt RMS stereo. I run a red top and a Kinetik HC2000.

    I like the exide purple haze. A few local drag racers use them because they don't drop voltage at all while running down the track like the optimas did. I installed several in vehicles in my years and never heard complaints.
