    new modded harness

hey guys can some one help me please i just got my harness back today and it dont fit right !!!! if i connect the ALT plug there is no way the wires streach to the fuel injectors i looks like a mess pretty disapointed in the workmanship
so here is what i wanna know
    (1) on the drives side which color wires go to which injector
    (2) where does the temp sensor plug in
    (3) where does the crank sensor plug in
    (4) which 02 sensor is left and right!!!
i dont even know how the wiring lays over the engine its out of a 2000 tahoe
there seams to be about 3 grounds where they go???
    thanks

wiring diagram to locate colors for injectors...
    http://www.ls1truck.com/forums/194825-post2.html
    black #1
    pink/black #3
    black/white #5
    red/black #7

grounds go to the back of the drivers side head, all three or one can go to the bolt hole just to the side of the cam sensor.

water temp sensor plugs in at the driver side head, just in front of the exhaust manifold.

Crank sensor is located just above the starter solenoid on the passenger side of the block.

02 wires will be easy to tell by the PCM wiring diagram. One side has stripes on the wires and the other doesn't. (striped side to driver side, #1 cylinder side). I'm assuming the drivers side is the left side of the vehicle as view from the driver seat looking out the front window.

fantastic ok i conected the crank sensor by removing the starter so thats done now here is the kicker the temp sensor plug was sitting on top of the manifold at the rear by the knock sensor there was no way i was going to connect it so i had to undo the cappy tape work and that pipinging that houses it and free up the wires till i had enough so i can plug it in into the head!!! MAN!!!!
SO now i see that the O2 are on the right side so thats cool
so i went to put the vortec cover back on and there was no way it would sit on the engine so i took off the plastic piping that runs across the manifold adnd did a nice tape job now it sits in fine
i will take a pic of the rest of the harness coz i wanna fire this thing up
    !!!!
just need to double check the fuel injectors wiring on the drivers side thats got me confused!!!

The pink wire is the 12v power going to the injector. The wires I listed below are the injector ground side wire going back to the PCM. Sounds like they are wired correctly to me.

    What hack built that harness?

The battery connection needs a 12v supply directly from the battery. I would run a 10 gauge wire to it if it were me. You may want to switch to 8 gauge later if you notice the wire being a little warm when the fans are running on high. The SW wire would be a 12v switched power lead coming from the steering column or from the wiring harness coming from the firewall to the engine.
