I dynoed the truck today. Did 3 pulls. Here are the results.

    5psi 349hp 370tq
    7psi 383hp 404tq
    8psi 400hp 429tq

This was with no intercooler or meth. It never detonated. It was running to rich. I could have probably done 10psi and been safe, but chose not to. I was very please with the results. Will do some more tweeking on the tune and see if I can get a little more out of it.

Wow, impressive. Now you need to get to the track for some times to post.

Not bad at all!! Looks like you're putting out over 100hp more than a stock engine, just with 5psi!
Great numbers on the 8psi!, you should be able to take it up a bit if you're running rich. What was the a/f ratio, btw?

    thanks,

AFR started at 11.2 at 3400rpm on the 5psi and dropped off ti 10.2 at 3600rpm. At 3700 it went below ten and didn't come back up to that until 5400rpm. From 5400rpm to 5800rpm it stayed just above 10.3.

On the 7psi AFR started at 12.5 and droped off gradually to 10.0 by 4100 rpm. It stayed below 10.0 until 4900rpm. From there to 5100 it shot up to11.0 and then leveled of at 11.5 all the way to 5800rpm.

On the 8psi AFR started at 16.0 at 3100rpm. Dropped hard to 3100rpm to 3500rpm. Gradually fell to 11.0 by 3600rpm. By 3800rpm it was at 10.0. From there it stayed below 10.0 until 4900rpm. Was at 11.0 by 5100rpm. Gradually climbed from there to 11.5by 5600rpm and was at 11.8 by 5800rpm.

Still working on the shudder. The hp and tq graphs were jumping all over the place. A tuner there said it was probably backing out timing but be wouldn't be sure unless he scanned it, and he didn't have anything to scan mine with.
